Follow specific cleaning schedules and guidelines for commercial clients.
Restock supplies and report maintenance issues.
Work independently or in a team to meet client expectations.

Team Lead

Oversee cleaning teams, ensure quality standards, and manage schedules to deliver outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide cleaning staff, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Coordinate cleaning schedules and task assignments.
Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards.
Train new team members and promote teamwork.

Job Requirements

We are looking for motivated individuals who meet the following qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Experience in cleaning services is a plus but not required; we provide training.

Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
